Cynthia offers individualized music lessons for diverse types of learners with their particular musical goals. All that is required is a desire to practice and move forward at a steady pace.

Through modified curriculum, activities, or simply lots of patience, we begin with guidelines customized to the student’s distinct needs, abilities, and objectives.

Highland Circle Music piano recital, Cynthia gives her welcome to the students and families who are ready to enjoy the music.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music, with a concentration in Piano Performance. As an experienced teacher of music, she recognizes the value of an individualized plan for all students, whether they are ordinary or special.

• Private Music Lessons: Individualized music instruction on the piano and harp
• Special Learners: Some people see Learning Disabilities. Cynthia sees Learning Differences. She is proud of her ability to teach all types and ages of learners, and welcomes all into the studio.
• Standard Terms: Like a school of Dance or Martial Arts, the Piano Studio schedule is set in advance a semester at a time. (Getting a late start on the semester is fine, the tuition will be pro–rated for you)
• Recital: There is an annual Recital Party for the piano studio; harp students are also welcome to join the fun. Students are encouraged to participate, or are welcome to simply come and listen.
• Evaluations: Whether through competitions, evaluation in a judged recital, or periodic discussions, together we track the progress being made towards musical goals.
• Projects: Students are encouraged to find special music projects, to learn that there is more to music than performance.
• Shopping Service: Music purchases can be made for you, so you avoid frustrating trips to the music store. You only reimburse for the cost of the books. Harp students are encouraged to purchase some of their harp books straight from the author: Cynthia herself.
